So sad how bad Red Robin has gotten... I blame the greedy corporate side of it. The place is so dated, dirty and needs a scrub n clean inside. They are always understaffed and the food is always so mid. Don 't bother going a busy hour. Fries are garbage went to McDonald 's after. My burger was barely warm. You could say cold

Servers were very friendly and helpful. Burger was good. Fries were old. Garlic fries are different from before. Forgot to bring out our queso dip and when we got it it was ice cold. Soda was flat. They should lock the tablets to where you won't be charged for your kid playing games on it unless you put a code in. After getting home my husband threw up.
The good: My Husband and kids all loved their food, minus the Root Beer Float. My Husband said it was the grossest thing he had ever tasted. But, the burger and I quote him Was Amazing Our Waitress was nice and made sure we had everything we needed. She was even nice to me even though I am sure it was obvious I was not a happy camper. The bad: The place only had one other table with 2 customers they wanted to sit us in a booth right next to them with only a divider between us and these dividers only come up to your shoulders. So it 's kind of like you 're dining with them. I asked to be seated somewhere else because I had my kids with me and I didn 't want to disturb the other customers I didn 't want to be overly watching my kids constantly, I wanted to enjoy my lunch. They moved us a couple booths down. But, within moments they seated two people right next us on the other side. So, I again asked to be moved. This ruined it for me. I didn 't eat because it felt very off putting to seat customers so close together when the entire floor had open tables being placed in the position to ask to be moved isn 't something I like to do. I felt bad for asking to be moved twice. But, I am glad I did because my Daughter, while looking over the barrier at a TV, full on sneezed without covering her mouth and if we had been sitting at either table they originally sat us at, she might have sneezed on the people sitting on the other side of the divider. But, maybe not because if I hadn 't asked to move, I would have been spending the entire time watching their every single move and constantly telling them to stop looking over the divider. Neither option would have been a great experience for anyone. Anywho, long review summed up: My Husband son said they want to eat here again. But, my life is too short to risk the awkwardness of having to ask to be moved so we aren 't disturbing other patrons with our children. plus, I have no idea what the foods like since I didn 't eat anything. So I will not be going back... Side thought for those worried about Covid. It 's also strange that they would have plexiglass on the backs of the seats but, not on the sides. What 's the point? Anyway, Covid worriers beware be ready to ask to be re-seated, unless this was just a fluke and that isn 't how they normally seat people.
