Take out only, no place to sit down. The ice cream seems like they don't keep it cold enough. Definitely a downhill experience from when we were kids.

Great service! Ordered a custom ice cream cake online the day before pick up, and it was ready! Made perfectly! I would definitely recommend using their online service for ordering cakes, to ensure you get the flavors you want.They did have cakes to choose from in the freezer too!

Baskin-Robbins is always good, but the young woman behind the counter was outstanding! She welcomed me when I entered as she was assisting others and prepared my order with cheerful enthusiasm. Very personable and hard working and I hope her manager sees this. Oh, and I recommend World Class Chocolate and too many others to list.

Where do I start. I came in here today hoping to enjoy a night out with my family but was in disbelief when we walked in. We saw a single girl running the store by herself, she had dark brown hair and was short. You could visibly see on her face how stressed she was but manage to still have great customer service and maintain respectful. The boy that walked in was not much help, he left this poor girl by herself while she handled the rush. I give this girl a five stars but this establishment a zero!!! Please do better and give that girl a raise!!
