Kfc - Punta Gorda

The restaurant promotes a buffet and is designed for one, but when I inquired about it, I was informed that they don’t offer it at all. When I asked for clarification on when it might be available, I was told it would never be served. As a result, our group decided to leave and headed to Bob Evans, where we had a fantastic meal.

KFC in Punta Gorda has become quite disappointing. The TV ads still promote $5.00 fill-ups, but ours ended up costing over $7.00 for just a 2-piece meal, and it didn't even come with a cookie. The chicken we had tonight was quite underwhelming. Unfortunately, we won't be returning. It's a shame because KFC has always been my go-to option when I don't feel like cooking.

I had a craving for fried chicken, and this was just what I needed! It tasted fresh and crispy. The mac-n-cheese was good also. Their parking is tight, but they're conveniently located at a traffic light.

I believe Lisa, who I think was a manager, was quite rude and seemed to toss the food and drinks out without care. I understand she was busy, but that kind of rudeness is unnecessary. The fries were cold, and the macaroni and cheese was overcooked.

Fantastic! The chicken was clearly fresh and juicy, and the extra gravy for dipping made it an excellent dinner!
