Panaderia Y Confiteria El Arbol Real

We came here starving after our transfer from Buenos Aires. The bakery down staires looks nice but we wanted to have something warm. We went upstairs where they serve warm food. I ordered pasta with tomato sauce and my girlfriend gnocci with tomatosauce. Both dishes were over cooked and the tomato sauce was the most disgusting thing i ever ate. It was a watery red somthing with no salt no pepper or any other spices unluckily it was not tasteless but a very wierd and bitter taste. We took a few bites and left. It was just unbearable to eat. Important to note this critic doesnot refer to the bakery downstaires. Eventhough i dont dare to go there now, the cakes and bread still looks nice. Just do not eat somthing from the upstaires kitchen!

Don't go here. When we wanted to order an empanada from the counter, we were first ignored and after that, the food was taken away and we were laughed at by the two ladies behind the counter. Total disgrace to customer service!

This is a great place to go if youre not sure exactly what you want to eat. There is a wide variety of food available and its 19P for 100gr of food. So for a plate full, it usually will come to about 150P. Place is nice, clean and air conditioned.

Food not fresh! very slowly, poor atention, not clearly the atention system. Poor quality food for me.

We ate dinner at the location in the center of town so can't comment on the other location. My husband had a steak sandwich. The meat was very tough and the roll was so stale and it completely turned to crumbs when he tried to eat it. I ordered milanesa as a meal with mashed potatoes and it was edible but a very dry piece of meat also. My husband never complains, but he did this time. No one cared much; they just looked at him. The pastries looked very good, but the taste not so much. It was a waste of money. We should have gone back to La Mamma pasta where we had eaten an amazing meal the night before.
