Twenty One Steak - Pueblo

We share the bison, it was much for us 2. it was cooked as ordered large dinner

Pueblo does not have a lot of nice restaurants this is one of the nice places pricey but worth it. not perfect but almost.

Came with family since we had received a gift card here. So happy that we did, we went in a Thursday around 6 which seemed like the best time and day so we didn’t hit the Friday and Saturday rush of people. The food was absolutely delish, not pictured was the potato croquettes and the delish bread they hand out. Jade/Jaide was our waitress and was absolutely amazing and very helpful and very knowledgeable of the menu and what was good. Definitely will come by again! And definitely will recommend.

The food was delicious and the service was great. not complaining!
