Unbelievable terrible service and everything I wanted in my bowl, the worker, an older Hispanic lady, kept saying , that would cost more. When I got to the end my bowl wasn't even 1/4 full. I said, no way and my son and I walked out. This has happened to us before at this store, but not this bad. And she didn't even care. I think this is the Managers fault, because this never happens at any other Chipotle. And we have been to many Chipotle restaurants well over 20 years in Utah, Colorado, Nevada and Idaho. The maager needs to get fired if he is training his workers to do what the workers here are doing. Unreal. I hope corporate reads this. And I am sending this to corporate, also. If i could post below a 1 I would.
This was double protein, and extra on every single ingredient… I’ll let you determine what you’d like from this.
Easily the worst experience at chipotle I’ve ever had. Gave me the wrong beans and even though I asked for double beans and rice I barely got one real serving of either. My portion of chicken was equally as pathetic. The worker helping me out rushed through my order not even giving me time to think, and I came in 15 minutes after opening, there was no line. I usually love chipotle but this was a terrible experience and a waste of money.
Portion size is always tiny compared to other locations. Extra rice and beans ends up being around what a normal amount would be where I used to live. One time had a new employee making my meal and he had no idea what he was doing and seemed like he had never even been to a chipotle before. Also the rice is usually stale.
Got my order wrong TWICE IN A ROW. Drove all the way back after reordering to pick up a replacement entree, only to take a bite of my burrito and find that it was completely wrong for a second time. Not just small errors—I’m talking a bowl instead of a burrito and a chicken burrito with a bunch of stuff in it instead of a plain veggie burrito type wrong. No one answers the phone and the customer service chatbot is useless. Terrible service, terrible food. Don’t go here.Update: After an hour of talking to customer service (after finally getting through the automated chatbot), the agent promised a refund for my third order (that I placed through DoorDash because I was sick of driving back and forth). Three weeks later, and the refund still hasn’t come! Shouldn’t be hard to correct a clear issue like this but for some reason chipotle can’t get its act together. Disappointing.
