Bidrage med feedbackThis charming little tavern is tucked away in a remote part of the Great Ocean Road. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, the food surpassed our expectations for the price, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. Our experience with Dave and Zoey was wonderful, and we will definitely return in the future.
I dined at this restaurant on two evenings while trekking the Great Ocean Walk. The chicken parma with salad and chips was delicious and good value, with a fresh and crispy salad. On the second night, I shared a couple of pizzas that were fantastic - loaded with toppings and bursting with flavors. By far the best pizza I've had in a long time.
A group of us on vacation stopped for a late lunch after touring the Apostles and going for a walk. Our guide had made a reservation beforehand, but when we arrived there were only a few other patrons in the restaurant. The service was slow, and the quality of the food varied - some dishes were good, while others were not so great. There was also confusion with our drink orders. Our guide mentioned that he would not recommend this place again.
Quick pit stop while driving the Great Ocean Drive. The staff were friendly but this did not compensate for the uncleanliness of this establishment. The floors of the restaurant and the restrooms were all filthy and the whole place smelt musty. I dread to think...what condition the kitchen is in if the front of house is a reflection of their hygiene standards. We carried on to Port Campbell instead.
Such a wonderful find a short distance from the twelve apostles. The most amazing food at great prices in a fantastic rustic setting. Pool table to amuse the kids, great portion sizes and can highly recommend the steak and mushroom gravy!
