Overall, the sandwiches are good (although there was one time I found strings on my pepperoni), but I consistently order through the app and my order is often delayed. Even when I wait in the store, they prioritize walk-in customers, which can be frustrating. Other reviewers have mentioned this issue as well, but it doesn't seem like the restaurant has done anything to address it. Additionally, I have never seen anyone in the store who appears to be a manager or owner. Frustrating!
Having previously worked as an assistant manager at this location, I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service I received tonight after a slightly confusing experience with the app. The two gentlemen working went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct, and they were extremely friendly and enjoyable to speak with. Kudos to Drew, Steve, and Jolene for the outstanding team they have at this location! It has been five years since my last visit, but I will definitely be returning soon. I hope this message reaches them!
The customer service at this restaurant is incredible. From the moment we walked in and ordered our sandwiches, we were greeted with warmth and taken care of. The employees Jaden R., the Manager, Joseph H., the Assistant Manager, and Jonelle, William, and Heather were among the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. It is rare to find employees who take the time to engage in conversation with their customers, but these employees made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a wonderful experience!
This jersey mikes has great service and food. we where heading down to the beach and wanted to grab a few sandwiches and we where in and out in 10 minutes!!
Horrible customer service. No manners what so ever. Kids working here. I love jersey mikes but I’ll definitely never come back to this one.
