I waited for 20 minutes in the drive-thru with two other cars, and no one in front of us ever placed an order.

I will never return to that place; it made me extremely ill for two days with diarrhea. It was really bad. I wasn't sure what caused it until I had some hush puppies the next day, and shortly after that, my stomach started hurting again. That's when I realized what had made me sick. It really upset my stomach, and it was an awful experience.

Took me over 20 minutes just to get them to understand that I was ordering the $33.95 family deal. Then I get home, 30 minutes away and discover they didn't put the shrimp in. She said they couldn't take it off my card that she could only leave me a coupon for next time. There will be no next time! I just paid $34 for 4 pcs of very tiny chicken , 4 pcs of fish and two sides. What a rip off!!!!!!!!

I always get the 8 piece (6 Fish 2 chicken) Family Meal with cole slaw macNcheese with extra hushpuppies. The fish chicken was Very/Excessively Oily this time (waaaay beyond the Norm) and they were almost like fish chicken Nuggets instead of filets because the Pieces were so little. I'll go to LJS again... but, I think that I will start calling in to make a formal complaint if it happens again. Thank You...?

I hadn't dined here in quite some time, and now I remember why. First, I had to pull over and wait in the drive-thru for my order. I didn't mind at first since I ordered for a family of five and assumed they needed extra time to prepare everything fresh. Unfortunately, I was mistaken. They only made one box of fries fresh, while the rest of the food was old, cold, and soggy. The bowl I ordered was nothing like the picture I saw; it was essentially a pile of shrimp on a bed of rice with some lemony sauce haphazardly thrown on top. I ended up paying over $30 for what tasted like greasy food that had been sitting out for hours. I suppose the high price comes from its "antique" quality. I won't be returning.
