Bidrage med feedbackAfter reviewing their health inspection reports, I have decided not to dine at this restaurant. The reports show repeated violations, including a broken pipe leaking sewage, rat and cockroach infestations, gnats in the sweet and sour sauce, raw duck near ready-to-serve doughnuts, malfunctioning food thermometers, warm fridge temperatures, mold on fridge shelves, employees not washing hands, meat defrosting in a mop sink, missing date tags on shellfish containers, empty chlorine dispensers, cooked food left out unrefrigerated, and unwashed knives with raw chicken. These violations have been documented over the past four years, and as a result, the restaurant is temporarily closed. Let's hope they can address these issues before they reopen.
This restaurant was not to my liking. I found that the language barrier made it difficult for me to communicate my preferences. The flavors, textures, and vegetables were different from what I am accustomed to. The beef and broccoli dish was made with Chinese broccoli, which included more stalks than heads and had spinach mixed in. The walnut shrimp had excellent walnuts, but the shrimp was not deep fried. The coconut sauce was tasty. The cheese wontons had a different taste than I expected. Unfortunately, we did not receive the egg rolls we ordered and instead got spring rolls with a mushy filling. When I inquired about gluten-free options, they seemed unsure. Overall, we spent $50 at this establishment.
This restaurant in Portland is a fantastic spot for enjoying Dim Sum dishes. With a wide variety of small plates to choose from, there is something to satisfy every diner's taste. However, be prepared for crowds during weekend lunch hours. To avoid long waits, consider visiting during off-peak times or use the restaurant's app to sign up for the waitlist before arriving. This convenient feature can help streamline your dining experience.
Hmmm... I could have sworn I 'd written a review of Ocean City long ago. Despite continuous change on 82nd and on Division, this remains my favorite for reliable Dim Sum. The carts are well stocked and make the rounds very quickly. We never have aproblem finding old favorites as well as newer, that looks interesting selections. Like pretty much all Dim Sum places I 'vevisited, I never have any kind of idea how much the total bill will be, but it 's always a reasonable amount when I take thecheck up to the counter by the entrance. I 've never had a problem getting a table right away, but most of the tables seem to beoccupied when I visit, so clearly I 'm not the only fan of this place.
Always reliably the best Dim Sum in the area. If I am on the Portland side of the river, I make it a point to come here whether to eat in or take it to go.
