Terrible experience!!! The manager should be fired! Brittany, the server, should also be let go. Our party of 12 came to celebrate a birthday, and after waiting 3 and a half hours, we received our food cold and undercooked. The manager presented us with a bill for our appetizers and drinks, totaling $137.90. We took pictures of the uneaten food because it was cold and raw, as well as a photo of the receipt showing we paid. The manager then yelled that he was going to call the police. We were confused and tried to explain. When the police arrived, they listened to both sides and advised us to just have a better evening, saying it was all good. The manager lied and clearly lacks any management skills.
My experience was far from enjoyable. I visited with my fiancé, and the only positive note was the exceptional service from the waitress and bartender. Unfortunately, that was overshadowed by a negative encounter with the chef. When I expressed my concerns about the undercooked steak—which was still nearly raw and had not had the pellicle removed—the chef came to my table in a rude manner, simply asking, “What’s the problem?” I explained my issues, but he dismissed me with, “This is the way we do it,” and walked away. In the end, we paid our bill and left, and I finished cooking the steak at home. When I left my original review, the management quickly accused me of spreading false information, claiming their steaks are wet aged, not dry aged. However, both the waitress and the chef told me differently. This suggests either a serious miscommunication or that management is not being truthful to protect their reputation. Either way, this is an unacceptable way to represent a business, and I sincerely hope the people behind Harold Seltzers will reconsider their approach.

I visit this restaurant from time to time and usually sit at the bar. Overall, I enjoy my experience here and have no complaints. If there's ever an issue with the food, they address it immediately. Tuesdays are a great day to visit since they offer many appetizer specials. They also have an excellent selection of mixed drinks and a wide variety of beers. A few months ago, we met Harold, who took our email address and signed us up for special events and birthday promotions. He's a really nice person. It's a lovely place for dinner; I look forward to coming back soon!
