Chicken Express - Port Neches

The Chicken strips were so hard half got thrown away because they were not edible then the young guy the that handed my food to me pretty much tossed the the bag at me luckily I caught it then I actually said thank you politely got ignored and he walkedoff. I then repeated it very loudly then stated I know y'all heard that, should not work with people if your going to be rude tothem

Chicken was a dry and bland. Didn't give us any thing to eat our cold slaw and mashed potatoes with and I had to get up from table and go ask them for. Everyone in restaurant had to go back to counter to ask for for a fork to eat with.

The guy who took my order didn't get it right, then I waited for ten minutes at the window. He was just walking around while my order was ready, until the lady saw that he wasn't attending the window she quickly went to me and asked what was my order andhanded it over to me. That guy doesn't want to work there or anywhere you can tell by his body language and expression. I willnot go there again..

Ordered 2 meals, paid at window and was asked to pull forward, where I was undoubtedly forgotten. FINALLY got my food, opened boxes to check for seasoning packets to discover that there was no gravy in either box and 1 didn't have a roll. Had to get outand go inside to get the missing items. Drove the 20 minutes to my elderly mother in laws home to enjoy lunch and realized thatwe didn't even have the correct pieces of meat!!! Very disappointed in this location!!!

Not sure what has happened to this place. The employees seem stressed and annoyed. The chicken tenders are no where as good as a year or so ago. And the prices have gone up significantly. For the prices, and the lower quality chicken I can no longerrecommend this restaurant.
