Vincenzo's Pizza - PORT JEFFERSON

I ordered from Uber Eats. The food was cold, but I won't hold that against the pizza—it probably had a long journey. Despite that, it was still really good, and I can imagine it would taste even better hot. I would definitely order again, but next time, I might consider picking it up instead of having it delivered.

The gnocchi with Bolognese was just okay; it could have used some salt. The Chicken Rollatini was pretty good overall but also needed a bit more salt. One piece of chicken was slightly burned, but the other looked fine. My sister tried the lasagna and mentioned it had an unusual taste, so they removed it from the bill and offered her something else instead, which she chose to be chicken. Unfortunately, I can’t comment on the chicken frog dish because while we were waiting, they started cleaning the place with bleach. It’s good to know they’re taking health precautions, but businesses should ideally wait until customers leave before doing such cleaning. We asked the waiter to help with the bleach smell, and on his own initiative, he informed the manager. She was very nice and even comped the Francese we ordered, which was not necessary but appreciated. Overall, I would recommend this restaurant primarily for their pizza. The rest of the food was decent, but their pizza is definitely worth a visit!

We visited The Pie on Friday and loved it so much that we returned with friends for dinner on Saturday! Both meals were fantastic—we savored calamari, salad, pizza, and pasta, and everything was excellent! Beyond the food and atmosphere, what truly made our experience deserving of more than five stars both times was our server, Jenny. She was incredibly efficient and friendly; even though we only met her twice, she has a natural ability to brighten the room and make everyone smile. On Saturday, the manager also stopped by our table to check in, and he was equally pleasant. Overall, it was an outstanding culinary experience!

One of the best Margarita Pies. Old school type of production in coal / wood fired furnace. The sauce is very good and also table specialities. Have fun.

The joy of a converted parking lot to an outdoor eatery continues! A nice tent-tall and spacious, some outdoor greenery...voila! The wait staff is friendly and helpful, the food in the wonderful days just tastes better! Pizza plus! Nice portions, cold beverages and good value!
