Lure Restaurant - Port Douglas

We arrived early and had hopeful expectations for this place. Was sent to our table and 20 minutes later still waiting for a menu and table water. The table beside us arrived after us but were given water and a menu, even managed to order...a beer. I tried to attract the attention of staff who mostly were standing around doing nothing and did not see me. Decided to leave, walked out in disgust. Don’t bother the staff have no interest in their jobs. I feel for whoever the owner may be!

Nice outlook over the water at the Marina. Food and wine quite nice and a reasonable price. Reasonable service.

Definitely a place to go for Breakfast along the Marina plenty of room for diners. I've been there for lunch in 2016 and was very disappointed but my visit recently to Port Douglas I decided to try dinning for breakfast and was not disappointed in fact we love it so much we had breakfast there at least another 3 times. Will recommend this place for breakfast even afternoon tea with scones. Good prices.

Order for 'chanan' (Shannon) haha ???? Chai latte and coffee were good - Customer service was terrible!

The meal was great value the choice of the first four on the the menu cake and a schooner of beer or a glass of wine for $25 with great bubbly service with Mel and a good out look .Not sure if that deal is every day.
