Subject: Disappointing Experience at Your Location I recently visited your establishment and ordered 2 coffees, 1 tea, and 2 wedges. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the way the staff handled my order. I received only 5 pieces of wedges in each cup, and when I inquired about it, the staff member was unresponsive and rudely mentioned that's all she had. Another employee, possibly a trainee, at least apologized for the inconvenience. I wanted to bring this to your attention to highlight the mishandling of the store and the resulting disappointment for your clients.

It was nice that Tim Hortons staff advertised when you close during the Christmas break. However, if you 're changing your opening hours with the place lit up like a Christmas tree, how about we post those hours as well? Myself, amongst many others Sat there this morning waiting for someone to take our orders. After driving around and looking at the door seeing the only hours that were posted were closing, one would assume you would be open at the same time. After waiting for approximately five more minutes, I saw a lady working so I drove to the window and honked my horn where the mouthed while drawing a, we open at six . At least when I drove to the Tim 's on Main st., their lights were off and I didn 't waste anymore time and be late for work.

Extremely slow counter service. I know they prioritize drive thru but I had to wait 10 minutes at the counter to get my sandwich and I was the only one in line!!!! Tables were not clean and they made the wrong wrap for my wife. Very disappointing. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
