Kfc - Port Colborne

I show up at time of pickup they want me to wait another 20 minutes. July 31, 2018

Went to kfc port colborne location and was greeted by an employee named justin...very friendly and helped me choose my meal as I was torn about what to order...he had my order right out to me in a timely manner and it was fresh and tasty..This location will be the one I will go back too

My girlfriend went and got a 2 piece dinner (small pieces) and they told her it would be 15 minutes for more chicken. I went 15 minutes later (an hour before they closed) and was told that it would be another 15 minutes for any chicken to be ready. So much for fast food!

Communication between Managers is lacking.I placed my order 2 days in advance to not stand in line for an hr.When I arrived The Order was not ready and the Owner didn't know anything about it. Since I had prepaid It only took an half an hour to get out with my order.

A bunch of children work there , cant get an order stright to save a life an to top it all off the dinning room was dirty
