Chili's Grill - Port Charlotte

This is probably the best ?️ I've ever eaten at. I highly recommend the nachos and the wings (get em extra crispy). Some really nice people work here. Service can be a little relaxed but there is at least one good cool who knows what is going on in the back.

Chili's always puts on a good impression. After three tries I have to be clear in my opinion. The pluses first. They always greet you as soon as they see you and your party. Depending on the crowd you can be seated right away, or you can wait for a while. We were seated right away all three times. The waiter was attentive with our ordering our meals. And when we mentioned something it was taken care. The minuses. Several different items were not served as ordered. The drinks were not made well. My brother received watered down tea unsweetened and my arnie palmer was 90% lemonade instead of half tea and half lemonade. We brought it to the attention of our waiter and he fixed it. It took a long time to serve the food. My brother ordered the half rack of ribs and sides, I ordered the smokehouse combo with two entrees and two sides. The food came and the Mexican street corn was awesome! The fries were good too! The ribs were not as advertised. My brother got the wrong sauce and his ribs were overdone. My sauce was kinda burnt and my ribs were overdone too. My Nashville Hot tenders were rather bland and Nashville hot is supposed to be hotter than the rest. The scales tilt in favor of the poor review. I do not recommend this particular establishment in Port Charlotte.

Such a great experience, the kitchen staff should get the tip we left the bartenders! Food was hot, fresh, fast service and exceeded our expectations following several hours of delays before we were bale to stop for lunch! Our bartender was working hard, he even had to change out the keg for the beer my fiance ordered moving a much larger, fuller and heavier keg to make it happen when he could have suggested a different beer rather than doing the right thing. George did the right thing! We appreciate service that provides a great experience. Thanks Chili's

Food was great, service was great. The table we sat at had wood rotted out and water damage with chip painting and part of the windows ledge breaking off. We have pictures and video but can’t upload them. I’m not sure how it can even be open to public seating where we were.
