I had a fantastic experience with the wrecker service. My vehicle broke down on I-22, and I needed it towed to Pontotoc. They responded quickly after I made the call. The wrecker driver was very friendly and professional, doing an excellent job. The bill was also very reasonable. I would definitely use their services again if I ever need a tow for my rig. This business is the best around. I have a small fleet of bucket trucks working in the area. They are always right on time and helpful. I have used them so far three times and it’s been a pleasure.

Christopher Evans is a SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL truck driver employed by this company. He came to a business where he couldn't use the dining room because it was closed, proceeded to get into an argument with the Manager, then parked his truck outside the drive thru window arguing with the Manager who told him he couldn't walk up to the drive thru window because it is a robbery hazard. Threatened to call corporate on the Manager and then stated that the Manager could call his company if he wanted because the wouldn't do anything to him about it. Super unprofessional. I would never recommend this company primarily due to this person. He is supposed to be a spokesperson for his company while driving that truck and this is how he acts??? Sad.

Thank you so so much for helping my family last night!! We were stuck in the mud because road work had been done but the road was not closed off and of course it rained like crazy! It was 2 in the morning almost 3 by the time we were out and on our way home. I know you were just as exhausted as we were but you were very kind and patient with the whole process!
