Checkers - Pontotoc

My fiancé and I have repeatedly tried to give Checkers a chance, but each time we end up regretting it due to the poor quality of the food. The meals might look appealing in pictures, but they are consistently cold and mostly lacking in flavor. It's disappointing because I wish things were different and that the quality was better.

The person who took my order was incredibly friendly, and the food was outstanding. I believe his name was Theo. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and will definitely return. The food was freshly made.

I had a terrible experience with this restaurant. Their website said I could choose between pick-up or delivery, but after placing my order, I wasted time only to be told there was no driver available. So, I decided to make it a pick-up order, but then I encountered another error. Frustrated, I rode my bike to the restaurant at 12:30 to order in person, only to find the door locked and be told they were closed. When I asked about the website, the staff member dismissed me and said he didn’t care what it said, insisting they close at 12. To top it off, he locked his truck in front of me, implying that he thought I would try to break in. Such an awful attitude!

Love checkers. Always have I started eating at checkers when I lived in Florida!! Hate I have to come to pontotoc just to eat here.. Please give us a Checkers in New Albany!!! You do great business there for you be right off highway 22!!!! Alot of people travel thru between Memphis and Alabama thru there .. come on man ... You have more of my business and my mother and ect.. even the employees at Walmart night shift .... For we don't have many places open late hours

Great burgers and Chicken sandwiches..however they could be so much better if they didn't serve stale fries with fresh fries. Great customer service tho!
