Burger King - Pontoon Beach

Eating is always dry. at any other visit, something is wrong with my order. workers do as hate their job and just take care of nothing. I had an order with 4 meals and big pommes for all and asked for a bundle of ketchup and returned 2 small packings and asked for more and said she is only allowed to give up to 1 person. I'd like to take my business somewhere else because I'm done here.

The restaurant is underoccupied. the person who runs the drive said there only 2 people who work in the load. spent 30 minutes in the same with only 3 cars in front of me. eating was not hot. fries were cold and chicken sandwich (number 7) was lukewarm. never again.

It is 1/3/2022 12:51p and I was in line for 30 minutes! my pause is over! this place is full of camp workers in the pause by gateway trading center. that shouldn't take long. I've seen 4 cars leaving the line. it was almost an hour. on the way through something to the devil! I literally observe that this place is losing customers.

Once again I walked from a truck stop to a BK just to find the door locked. No service unless in a car or GrubHub. I think BK is among best fast foods but from now on I'll do without.

The employees were hard working and very friendly. They were busy and short on workers, but still kept smiling and making sure everyone was taken care of. Even though some orders were slower, customers were very friendly too and being respectful, which is what the BK team needed. Order was spot on and very fresh.
