Michael's Cafe 2 - Pompano Beach

Unfortunately, Michael's restaurant has closed its doors for the last time on 9/16/2023. It is a sad loss as my first visit there for breakfast was quite enjoyable. Despite the busy atmosphere, my neighbor and I were able to find a booth quickly and were promptly served coffee. The food arrived promptly, and my eggs were cooked perfectly alongside toast, home fries, and ham. My neighbor ordered a western omelette and was equally pleased. The service was excellent, the prices reasonable, and I plan to return for breakfast again and to try their lunch offerings. If you have never been to Michael's, I highly recommend giving it a try before it closes. It was a favorite spot for myself and my neighbors, providing a simple and affordable meal for breakfast or lunch. Although it will be missed, we will always cherish the memories made at our go-to breakfast spot. It is unfortunate that the restaurant is closing, as it is another small family-run business lost. Hopefully, they will find a new location soon.

The restaurant offers excellent food at unbeatable prices. I always get the Gabriel's special, which is large enough to share between two people. Don't forget to order the home fries on the side for a completely satisfying meal. My photo only shows my order without the home fries, featuring two large, crispy, delicious pancakes.

The food is delicious and the customer service is excellent. You are treated like family when you dine here. It is clear that they have a strong reputation with repeat customers. This hidden gem is truly exceptional. A fantastic dining experience!

This is a nice spot for breakfast, with friendly staff, though the service could be a bit quicker. Prices are comparable to other breakfast places nearby. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was dripping on us while we ate, and despite being reassured that it would be fixed, no one addressed the issue.

I had a fantastic, affordable breakfast at this country restaurant. I was impressed by the delicious food and reasonable prices. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was inviting. The homemade Hollandaise sauce was delicious, and the mimosas were a great value. I highly recommend this place to anyone passing through the Deerfield or Pompano Beach area!
