The service was rude. When we asked for more napkins, they refused to give us any. It was a terrible experience overall.

However, there were several drawbacks: first, there were no napkins available upfront. After I placed my order, the customer behind me seemed to receive much better service. The employee happily engaged with him and asked if he wanted water in a cup. His food was also presented nicely and handed directly to him by one of the staff members, despite it being a takeout order. Speaking of takeout, I wasn't given a bag to carry my food, which is typically provided at most other Thai Express locations. The staff usually put the food in a bag for convenience, but today, the cook simply handed it to me without one. Additionally, one of the head cooks was wearing an AirPod, which I found unprofessional and disrespectful. He seemed disinterested and tired, and his demeanor suggested he wasn’t putting in much effort. He even shouted "Hello, Hello" aggressively when the food was ready, which felt inappropriate. While the portion sizes of the food were generous and there were no major issues with it, the overall customer service experience left much to be desired. I’ve visited many other Thai Express locations where the staff was polite and accommodating. In summary, I cannot recommend this Thai Express location, as I believe that customer service, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude are far more important than the food itself. I visited in May 2022 around 3:50 PM.

The workers there are all super kind and friendly! The food was also really good and freshly made. I definitely recommend this place!

Why would a delivery person deliver my order very early to the lobby of my apartment to be later delivered by a fellow tenant stone cold? Why would the paper bag in which it sat have only on the outside written by my first name how curious it would still be sitting there if not for my neighbour how long was it there? I would like an explanation and don't try to say they tried to reach me i was here what time was it delivered? first and last time customer mer
