I Fratelli Pizza Plano West

Whenever I need a tasty hot pizza quickly for my office, I order from this place. They consistently provide great food and excellent service. I really enjoy their pizzas; the quality is always top-notch. Delivery is prompt, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The brownies and cookies are wonderfully soft and chewy, and I appreciate that the brownies contain nuts—it's rare to find that these days since so many people have allergies. LOL! Our favorite pizzas are the Carne Classico, Big Brother, and the classic Pepperoni and cheese.

I ordered a pizza, picked it up, and returned to work, only to discover that it was incorrect. Mistakes can happen, and I'm not one to complain unnecessarily. I called the restaurant, and they kindly offered to remake the pizza and issue a refund. However, since I had limited time during my lunch break, I mentioned that I couldn't wait. To my surprise, they offered to deliver the correct pizza to me, which I gladly accepted. Not only did they bring me the right pizza, but they also included a large drink to make up for the error. This is a fantastic example of how to turn a mistake into a positive experience. Thank you!
