Arby's - Plano

On June 1, 2022, I tried the Wagyu burger for $8. While it had a nice beefy flavor, it didn't quite live up to the expectations of a true Wagyu burger. If you've ever had a Wagyu steak, you’ll understand what I'm talking about. That said, it was still a delicious burger, worth the $6 price point, and better than a Whopper or a Big Mac. It stands on par with In-N-Out and other premium burger joints. To really appreciate the difference, you should experience a Wagyu steak for yourself; you can find A5 Wagyu steak at Costco for around $100 per pound, and it's well worth it. Wagyu steaks really do live up to the hype you see online. The restaurant itself was very clean, spacious, organized, and well-managed. During our visit, there were no other diners present.

Excellent experience! We placed a special order, and the cashier accommodated it without any issues. The food was tasty, and the prices were reasonable.

Well, the customer service was okay. They didn't ask if I needed any sauces. So without eating.
