Conveniently situated in Plainville, East Hartford, and Farmington, this restaurant offers a fantastic selection of beans. The 5th State espresso is truly exceptional and perfect for brewing at home. The decor in each location is warm and inviting, creating a cozy atmosphere. The coffee drinks available indoors are not only delicious but also come in a wide variety. The breakfast sandwiches make for a satisfying meal that will please anyone. Highly recommended!

About an hour later, I returned to order something else and was assisted by a different person at the register. I had seen someone at another table with a slice of cheesecake drizzled with chocolate syrup earlier, and it looked delicious. I decided to get the cheesecake and asked if they could add some syrup on top for me. Unfortunately, my request was met with a dismissive laugh and the comment, "Yeah, no. I'm pretty sure that's not possible here. Hard no on that." I felt humiliated and was left speechless. Everyone else at the restaurant was fantastic, but this particular employee, who had curly hair, a mustache, and a beard, clearly should not be in a customer service role.

Rebel Dog's rapid expansion from its original spot on Route 10 in Plainville to 5 Corners in Farmington and Goodwin College in East Hartford is a stirring reminder of its quality. Their coffee is second to none. Their menu has many healthy options, including accommodating gluten-free clientele. The folks who work there are enthusiastic, friendly and proud to be there. Rebel Dog is an absolute gem.

On 6-12-22 we came for a brunch and our server was Natalie, she was amazing. Very attentive and friendly. She made our dinning experience feel more like a family visit than a restaurant. The hostess Gina was like seeing a friend you have seen in a while. She makes you feel like you've known her for years.
