Honey Dew Donuts - Plainville

I go to this one often because I live down the street, but 3 out of 5 times they get my coffee wrong. And this is right after they repeat it correctly. I get no sugar, I get double sugar. I get cream when I asked for milk. This has happened several timesand regularly.

I've been to this location many times over the last 3+ decades. Always clean, staff is always courteous and they've done a good job of keeping up with changes in the ever- evolving world of coffee and espresso beverages and edible products now customaryamongst most coffee shops. Location was updated to a more modern style a few years back.

I order food from this place off of Doordash EVERY Saturday and Sunday. Saturday the food is only a little burnt BUT on Sunday EVERYTHING is burnt. I get it people make mistakes from time to time but EVERY Sunday come on. the 3 images I attached are from3 different sandwiches I ordered

Very nice staff and delicious iced coffee! They just need to be a bit more consistent with the morning brewing as often times the coffee is crazy bitter. But when it's good,it's good!!

A tale of two franchisees: I don't often have occasion to pass a Honey Dew but when I do, I like to stop in.
