Umberto's Of Plainview

I’m in town for work with Indiana and was craving New York pizza. Thankfully, this place has exceeded my expectations. The pizza is amazing, and the staff is really friendly. Calling it perfect would be an understatement.

The food and staff at Umberto's are consistently excellent. You can't go wrong here. The Sicilian cake is absolutely exquisite!

The pizza is amazing at Umbertos in Plainview. The douche is crispy, the mozzarella cheese is neutral tasting and the pizza sauce is great. I usually get the regular slices, Deep Dish Slice and GrandMa slices. Very recommended.

The pizza was below average and left me feeling that it wasn't good at all. The prices were also steep; two slices—one with vodka sauce and the other with regular sauce—along with a drink cost a total of $11.00.

The service here is always super fast and quick to please. They also have some of the best vegan pizza around. My only ask is that they have vegan slices out and ready to go on the counter instead of having to order a whole pie every time. Prices are decent. Definitely worth a try.
