Great prices and wonderful combo deals. I tried the Barbie Shaved dish, and it was fantastic!

The chocolate ice cream was fantastic! We visited with a 2-year-old toddler, as well as a 10-year-old and a 7-year-old, and everyone found plenty of activities to enjoy beyond the ice cream. The playroom upstairs is incredible! We will definitely be coming back!

We really enjoy Frigid Frog, but unfortunately, the girl scooping the ice cream tonight was rude. We had a similar experience during our last visit as well. On the bright side, the other woman working was friendly and cheerful. I don't want to judge the entire place based on one employee's behavior. Good customer service greatly enhances the overall experience!

When I asked if there had been any changes to their size policy, she rudely said no. I remained polite, but her attitude was uncalled for. Clearly, they need to improve their customer service. Additionally, the owner might want to reconsider their approach because I did ask for the Styrofoam cup, but the staff member denied it. It's disappointing that they would rather deflect than address their mistakes.

As an event planner, I wanted to share my experience with Frigid Frog, who recently brought their food truck to our corporate carnival. They were incredibly easy to work with, offered great prices, and our guests absolutely loved the food. I highly recommend them!
