Laredo Taco Company - Pinellas Park

Update!!! I decided to try the other taco, hoping it would hold together better, but unfortunately, I found a huge black hair in it (mine is pink and brown). I ended up going back to get a refund because it was disgusting. If you're looking for soggy anything that falls apart as you try to eat it, this is the place for you! I'm not sure why I gave it a second chance, but honestly, it’s not that difficult to make a breakfast taco that you can actually hold without it falling apart. The tortilla was undercooked and too wet, so I ended up eating a breakfast taco salad instead, as the person who made it clearly didn’t know how to roll and package them properly. On top of that, they were overstuffed. They really need some retraining.

The food was just alright. I ordered the enchiladas, and to be honest, they were only mediocre—barely edible and lacking in flavor. It felt more like a dish from a boxed meal than a proper enchilada.

Since then, I have visited four more times, and her attitude has been unfriendly each time. All I've asked is for her to spread the refried beans and other toppings evenly on my taco, since she tends to just dollop them in the center, creating a messy ball instead of a burrito shape. My requests seem to infuriate her, which is quite baffling. It appears that management has not addressed her behavior, as it remains unchanged. Regrettably, I’ve decided not to return primarily due to the discomfort she causes. I can't help but feel that there may be some racial undertones involved; I am of Native American and White descent, although I primarily appear White. Interestingly, I’ve noticed that she treats my two Black friends very well, while I am consistently met with hostility. This has made my visits quite unpleasant, as she often mixes up my order and overcharges me. It feels as though she has a personal issue with me, leading me to consider just leaving without paying. As a result, I’ve started asking my friends to place my orders instead so that I can arrange the food to my liking without dealing with her directly.

Food stays in the warmers way too long. Not as fresh as the franchise locations in Texas. They needs to improve on food quality, presentation. The young man in the morning is really kind and very service oriented. I hope that's contagious to the rest of the staff including the manager for the restaurant. Sister girl ain't always friendly.

(WORST) Mexican food I've ever had! Also shredded cheese Should not be an extra 50 cents. Will never go again and I encourage people to not go here.
