Pizza Hut - Pigeon Forge

The buffet had limited hours and lacked variety. We were pleasantly surprised when more pizza was brought out as we were about to leave. Unfortunately, there was no salad bar available. Overall, we felt that CiCi's Pizza would be a better option.

I went to the restaurant for lunch with the intention of getting the all-you-can-eat pizza special. However, the woman working there informed me that they stopped serving it at 2 PM, even though the advertisement had stated it was available until 3 PM. It was disappointing that she didn't apologize or wish me a nice day.

I am disappointed to report that my recent visit to Pizza Hut was a far cry from my usual positive experiences. Despite enjoying their delicious salad bar and pizza in the past, this particular visit was marred by terrible customer service from the moment we walked in. The employee we encountered was dismissive when we inquired about the salad bar, claiming it was under construction. Furthermore, when we mispronounced Sevierville, the worker seemed more interested in correcting our pronunciation than assisting us. The lack of friendliness and warmth made us feel unwelcome, prompting us to leave. Additionally, the buffet pizza appeared cold and unappetizing, with cheese that resembled glue. Overall, this experience has left me with concerns, and unless I find a Pizza Hut with better service and amenities, I will not be returning.

Called to order a pizza to my hotel room and the lady hung up on me after 10 seconds after I didn't know the address to our hotel off the top of my head.

Horrible service on the inside I was in line and got completely ignored twice when I was at the front counter. Just go to dominos they’ve never ignored me and they’ll never ignore you.
