Margaritaville Pigeon Forge

Knew from previous visit the food was probably a bust. This time, walked thru restaurant and discovered chill Back bar. Nice open area, with a big bar, and there was live music. And a guy making balloon hats and some neat other balloon things. 5oclock somewhere drink is pretty good. Tried a few drinks, but the frozen drinks are where it’s at. Don’t Stop the Carnival probably be perfect if it had fruit on it like in the picture. But it was still very very good. Parking: Take a trolley, or skip valet and park in the huge parking lots behind the island. Wheelchair accessibility: Seemed pretty accessible, no unnecessary blocking steps or anything. Gets a bit loud indoors

Great atmosphere, great service. Bernard was awesome! Came Back a second time because of him and the tacos while we were in town.

Atmosphere was ok . The only thing worse than the food was the service.

Richie G is the absolute best waiter we have ever met. Seriously, request him when you get here. His recommendations are on point and he went not only the extra mile, but the extra 10 miles!!!! Thank you for making this the best experience ever!!!!!

As always, overpriced and underflavored…but it’s in a great location so it does well. Ordered a sampler meal and some drinks. Waited on our drinks to get there the entire time. The meal hit the table, still no drinks. Finally we caught the waitress as she walked by and asked her. She literally said OH SH!T then ran to get them. No apology. Fish was burnt and shrimp and fries tasteless.
