Just left this establishment. The sign says that they close at 10:30. A sign on the door says that they are out of most ice cream. We go in and the guy behind the counter says that they are closed. I told him that online it says they close at 10:30. He says okay. We look at what they have and they literally had 3 flavors and they were almost gone! Terrible experience!

The staff were polite, but they never washed their hands and weren’t wearing gloves while handling food. They also touched the register and other surfaces between waiting on customers. The mixing surface clearly wasn’t being cleaned between customers and was covered with remnants of other ice cream flavors and toppings, including nuts. Obviously there is always risk of allergen contamination in situations like this, but a member of my party (who is allergic to walnuts) found a walnut in her ice cream. We’re lucky she saw it before she ate it and didn’t have a reaction.

Decent ice cream but was out of several of the toppings. No where to sit inside, they have all of the tables and chairs stacked in the corners. Watch your head or else you’ll hit the lights where the tables used to be. Needs some love and attention for sure.

I am giving this restaurant one star based on the service alone. When my party and I arrived at the restaurant at ten minutes before closing time, we were told that they were already closed. Despite the fact that there were four young adults who appeared to be employees casually chatting, we were refused service even though we were the only customers wanting to place an order. It's not as if they were in the process of closing up and turning off the lights. We offered to sit outside and eat within the remaining ten minutes, but they still declined to serve us.

The ice cream was delicious, but the teenagers working behind the counter were more focused on their phones. I had to say hello to get their attention. They didn't offer any drinks except for water or coke. When I walked in, I noticed trash on the ground and realized the place hadn't been power washed. The sticky floors almost caused me to lose my footing. It's clear that the place hasn't been cleaned in months.
