I had ordered an item that they no longer had in stock, but I received a call from Ashley (I believe) to discuss making some changes. However, when I got home, my order was still incorrect. Ashley then called me again to acknowledge the mistake and apologize. I truly appreciate the effort she made to treat me like a valued customer, especially since she could have easily overlooked the error.
I received the wrong pancakes, and unfortunately, they contained nuts, which I cannot have.
We had a fantastic experience thanks to our server, Keyleigh, whose service was outstanding. The food was excellent as well!
The food was decent, but the quality seems to have declined. Also, during family breakfast, they were serving Bloody Marys, which was unexpected. I'm not quite sure what to make of that.
Great service, my wait person was very tentative to all our needs. She was very pleasant each time I asked her for something. The food was delicious as always.
