The stuff at this McDonald are very rude and they don’t know how to treat customers I hope the manger see’s this and probably hire people that know how to treat customer’s Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Price per person: R 300–350

My children wanted to try the grimace shake and were so excited to do so. With all the advertising we thought we would get in store only to be told with the utmost rudeness that they don't have it they only have the cups. Every time I think McDonald's Phuthaditjhaba can't be more disappointing they up their level. Service: 1

This new staff at McDonald's doesn't know what they're doing. My mcfeast burger they used the wrong sauce a few days ago. Today my double cheese burgers had too much salt. If the was a zero star rating option I'd give it that. Or maybe I'm the one who has badluck with my orders. Qwaqwa is not doing McDonald's justice. It's my favorite restaurant but I'll never but there again Service: Takeaway

I have been visiting this store for the last 3 months and the coffee machine has not been working. What a poor service? You can imagine not enjoying a nice cup of cappuccino in the cold weather of qwaqwa.
