Bidrage med feedbackI sat by the speaker box for several minutes without any response. After a while, I said hello, and someone finally answered, asking me to hold on for a moment. I then placed my order for two #2 meals: one with Original Recipe and one with Extra Crispy chicken, both with mac and cheese as the side, a large coleslaw, and my choice of drinks, totaling $24.73. However, I didn’t receive a receipt. The staff member mentioned they were short-staffed when I inquired about the locked lobby doors, and I told her I understood the situation. When I got home and opened the box that was supposed to contain the Extra Crispy chicken, I found what looked like Original Recipe that had been overcooked to the point of being unrecognizable—it was very dark and too hard to chew. Both the wing and breast pieces were completely dried out, not remotely extra crispy. The chicken in the other box was undercooked, with a mushy coating. I tried to call the store but only got ringing, so I wasn't able to speak to anyone. That day, I had been called in to work on my day off and was hoping to grab a quick meal, but since the chicken was inedible, I only managed to eat the mac and cheese (the other meal was for someone else). Since I couldn’t reach anyone by phone, I decided to drive back to the store. I found the doors were still locked, and there were at least five or six cars in front of me. After waiting, I finally got to the order speaker and explained my situation to the young man after about 20 minutes in line. He agreed to replace my chicken, but unfortunately, they only had the Original Recipe, so I never got to try the Extra Crispy I originally ordered.
I visited the drive-thru around 7 PM and found that they were out of mac and cheese, baked chicken breast, and Mountain Dew Sweet Lightning. They gave me what appeared to be Mountain Dew, but it was actually about 95% soda water. On the bright side, the mashed potatoes and biscuit were still decent.
I waited in line at the drive-thru for 10 minutes only to discover that they weren't selling any chicken. It's baffling that a chicken restaurant would be open when they have no chicken to serve. When I asked the young woman at the speaker why there wasn't a sign to inform customers, she was quite rude.
This place is absolutely ridiculous! Every single time I?ve come THEY DON?T HAVE ANY CHICKEN! I?ve come in afternoon and evening and they always say they don?t have chicken! How are you a chicken company that doesn?t have any chicken ever? I?m extremely disappointed at this establishment and the service it has provided. I understand no company is perfect but please hire employees who actually do their jobs. You can?t be a chicken company and never have chicken when people come.
Did an online order. Not only did they not have items we ordered. They messed up chicken count. The mash potatoes were powdery. While I was in store... the floors in the back were disgusting. Water and food particals everywhere!! There was about 6 ppl working but yet I stood in line for like 30 min just to get my drinks for my order I made online. Then on top of all this... the female cashier had the worst attitude... the worst!! Good luck getting any sort of good food here. Seriously stay away from this store. ????
