Rally's - Phoenix

This was my first time ordering, and I was pleasantly surprised! I was a bit worried that the funnel fries wouldn't hold up during transport, but they tasted incredible! The chicken tender basket was fantastic as well!

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and I appreciate that they included all my items and sauces—this is something I’ve noticed is often overlooked lately. However, the Spicy Chicken Sandwich tasted exactly like McDonald's value hot and spicy sandwich. I was hoping for something better and more authentic. As for the fries, they were a bit soggy, but at least they weren't the hard, overcooked ones that most places serve late at night, so I can give them credit for that. Overall, I probably won’t dine here again.

The chicken is average since it's made from pre-frozen strips. You could find similar quality tenders in the grocery store freezer aisle. However, the fries are good and well-seasoned. I would return for the fries, but for chicken quality and freshness, I’ll stick with Cane's.

All our food was cold and old. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and instead got an extra cheeseburger. My son ordered a bacon burger and got a chicken sandwich instead. Total waste of money and really disappointing because Rally’s in CA was so good.

Chicken bites were spongey and didnt taste like good quality meat. Fries were old and stale. The chicken tenders were pretty small and were fried too much, but they had actual meat texture, unlike the chicken bites. Dont waste your money.
