Mandarin House - Philadelphia

On a previous visit, I ordered around the same time and experienced something similar. They called back in just three minutes to say the food was ready, and while it was okay, it was the beginning of the week, so maybe the ingredients were fresher then. I don't know. Now, the food comes out warm instead of hot. Proceed with caution if you decide to try this place.
