Corfu Pizza - Philadelphia

My meal arrived 45 minutes late, and I had ordered a custom pizza (essentially a meat lovers with olives), garlic bread fried in cherry garlic. When the cold and soggy food arrived, I discovered that the garlic bread had no cheese on it, and the pizza was disappointing. I attempted to call the restaurant but was greeted with an automated message saying I was on hold, followed by being hung up on after a second message directing me to order on their website. The service was absolutely terrible, and the meal would have been decent if it had not arrived cold and missing half of my order.

This was my first and last time at this restaurant. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone noticed me, even though there were four people working behind it. I had to shout my order because the music was so loud. After waiting 25 minutes, I received a cheese steak plate that was missing some of the items I ordered. Despite multiple attempts to get the attention of the young lady behind the counter, she was more focused on her phone than on helping me. The food was decent, but the customer service was awful. It's unlikely that I will return to this restaurant, especially considering the poor service provided by the staff.

I wish I could give zero stars, that would be more honest. I urge you not to order from this place. This was my second time ordering from them and while the food was decent, their primary concern seems to be money. I called to place an order two weeks ago and a automated message answered. It said they didn't want to keep customers waiting on hold, so I went ahead and placed my order online. After waiting for 25 minutes, I called DoorDash and they said they couldn't deliver my order and could only offer a refund. I waited for two weeks without any communication. When I called the bank to dispute the $50.49 charge, it disappeared. A few days later, I checked my bank account and the charge reappeared. Save yourself the trouble and avoid this place. I rarely take the time to leave a negative review.

I wish the people would respect their religious traditions and understand that if the subcontractors give them a service, it is not the fault of their young. great pizza, service is great.

There is no reason why I'm being told its a 30 min wait to get something delivered and nobody came I'm disappointed ms.chris would never the new people running it gotta step they game up..I called the store personally and talked to somebody in the store .. nobody answered after the 30 mins he said it was gonna take after I called for like an hour.
