Caffe Nero - Petersfield

Paul at Caffe Nero in Petersfield goes above and beyond for his customers. He has an impressive work ethic and is incredibly organized and efficient—definitely manager material. This café has a vibrant atmosphere and is always bustling with activity. The coffee and food are excellent, and the staff is friendly. It’s always a pleasure to visit and enjoy a delicious bite in this lovely spot.

The staff is friendly and helpful. There are many beautiful cakes and baked goods available, but unfortunately, they don't offer options that are both dairy and gluten-free, aside from the small pre-packaged dry brownies that are commonly found in many places.

Beautiful coffee with sunny frontage on the afternoon, watching creepy park antiques in petersfield with my sister, the girl behind the theke was amusing and engaged (short blonde haare and gave me when I tried to use my C@sta coffee app. I'm sorry!

The service at this restaurant was outstanding; they really made me feel welcome and well taken care of. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it's a chain, and I prefer to support smaller, local businesses.

Enjoyed a flat white and a slice of cake! Good location if you can find a parking space in the market Square, otherwise its a short walk from the main car park. Food and drink as expected, reasonable value and range. The staff happily corrected one of the drinks that was not made to order. Personally, I prefer Nero to Costa, the coffee is slightly stronger at Nero's.
