I absolutely adore this place! The coffee is fantastic, and the staff is wonderful. Everyone is very friendly, creating a great atmosphere. I would highly recommend it! As for kid-friendliness, kids of all ages seem to enjoy it, and the staff interacts wonderfully with them.

Usually this place never lets me down, I love the coffees there. This time I got the lemon herb chicken sandwich and oatmeal cookie and both were horrible. The cookie was raw in the middle and the chicken was grey in several places. I threw both out. Otherwise the iced lattes are still very good.
