Harvester Pavilions - Peterborough

Staff really friendly and helpful. Restaurant all covid safe. Food was nice but we were sat near an air con unit and it was on and was blowing cold, but it was cold outside so not sure why the air con was on and so that made our meals go cold quicker. I'm not one to complain and I'm not complaining now just wanting to make you aware in case other people have medical issues or just don't like certain things on the salad bar then not to mix two different things in the same tub, they had the mixed peppers in the same tub as the onions, have never seen that before when been to a Harvester. I am not allowed many foods, medical reasons, and onions being one of them. The member of staff did go into the kitchen to see if she could get some that hadn't been in with the onions but they had ran out of peppers which is fine and I just had the other few things that I could have off the salad bar.

The restaurant was beautiful and clean, and the waitress was attentive and very friendly. The food was amazing; I wish I could have eaten more, but I just couldn't. I definitely need to come back for the breakfast menu more often!

Surprisingly good experience at the Harvester. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff are both efficient and polite. However, my smoothie seemed to have gotten lost on the way to my table...

The service was disappointing, as it was slow and the staff lacked proper manners. We noticed other customers leaving, and ultimately, we decided to leave as well. We won't be returning to this restaurant, as we didn't even get the chance to try the food.
