Wendy's - Pearland

Wow, this place is unbelievable. They really need new management or proper training. I had to repeat my order at least three times, and the woman at the drive-thru seemed to lack common sense or simply wasn’t paying attention to her own questions. My order was still wrong to the point where I just gave up trying to correct it. And don’t even get me started on the attitude they gave my 15-year-old son just because he asked for sauce for his nuggets.

Absolutely the worst experience ever! During my last drive-thru visit, I ordered a large fries and had a coupon for a free 6-piece nugget with any purchase. I informed the attendant about the coupon and handed it to him at the window, yet I was charged the full price for just the fries! I don't understand why he accepted the coupon if he wasn't going to apply it. He should have told me if the coupon was invalid or if my order didn’t qualify for it. This is completely unacceptable. This isn't the first time something like this has happened at Wendy's, and every time I say it will be my last visit. Well, here we are again, and I've definitely learned my lesson.

Not sure what’s up with this place as this is the second time this has happened at this location. Went during normal hours the other day in the evening and no one answered at the drive thru.Sat there for a few minutes then drove by the window and could see the guy was inside talking to another coworker.

I went to this Wendy’s two times and would never go back to this Wendy’s. The food for the second time was cold and old. And the customer service is terrible and attitude.

Went by there for a early dinner and ordered a $5 Biggie meal (junior bacon cheeseburger, small fries, chicken nuggets and a small Coke). The food was really good, and the burger still tastes as delicious as the time I first tried it over 30 years ago. Everything was cooked just right. Kudos to the staff there!
