I have not been to this location in months because it?s always dirty or always really slow. I decided to give it another chance. My food was cold, but that was not the bad part. Why did they decide to wrap the meat on the side and not put in the sandwich isbeyond me. This is unacceptable!! The meat and cheese was stuck to the wrapper. All our subs were cold. It was such an awfulexperience.
Just a follow up.... they still haven't. Lol. I've visited this Firehouse in the past not long after it first opened, and several times afterwards. Last week I decided to eat there again since I was in the neighborhood working. I previously gave thislocation a 5 star rating. After.last week, I had to change that. Service was a little slow. The dining room was dirty. Thedrink machine was out of almost every flavor and what was available was flat. It was also out of ice. Their solution was an icebucket sitting on the floor with a cup so customers could dig out their ice. The unsweetened tea was weak, and the sweet teadispenser was leaking all over the countertop and onto the floor.(no wet floor sign) Their solution just placing a white towelunder the leak. My sub was good. When paying, the cashier didn't ask to round up. I requested it, but she still didn't. Ifilled out the survey through the site the receipt offered detailing all of this and asked for follow up contact. No one hasreached out to me yet. Hopefully this all gets corrected.

The dining room was dirty. The beverage machine was made of almost every taste and what was available was flat. It was also made of ice. Their solution was an ice-cream cup sitting on the floor with a cup so customers could dig their ice cream. The unsweetened tea was weak, and the sweet tea dispenser had run out over the worktop and on the floor.(no wet floor sign) Your solution only puts a white towel under the leak. My lower part was good. The cashier didn't ask for a round. I asked, but she still didn't. I filled out the survey on the website, the receipt offered, all this in detail and asked for the contact. No one else met me. Hopefully, everything will be corrected.
