Don't be misled by the website; my experience was just okay, and definitely not great. I stayed for two nights, and I found it overpriced for what it offered. The room lacked any special features, and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, which made it hard to get any sleep the first night. If you stay here, I recommend setting the fan to auto for a quieter experience. We didn't dine at the restaurant, but the room service breakfast was surprisingly good. The location is fantastic—I’ve always appreciated Pearl River. If you're looking for a fun place to eat, hang out, or drink, I recommend checking out TF Noonan's or Pearl River Saloon.

The facility is beautiful and looks like a French Chateau dropped into the gorgeous NY natural setting. The rooms are updated, clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The lobby is elegant, the menu is limited, but the quality of the food is very good. The location is beautiful and was the site of a wedding in the backyard on the Saturday of our stay. We can only imagine the beautiful photos they were able to take in the backyard grounds. The only suggestion we would make is to put a list of services and times in the room so a guest doesn't need to bother the front desk. We'll be back and believe we have found our new favorite place to stay when in NY.

Staying at the Hilton Pearl River since 25 years on business. Very friendly, well trained staff with a smile on the face makes you feel home. Nicely furnished rooms , very clean, and excellent food. No reason to stay somewhere else.

Hilton, Pearl River NY July 2023 We stayed at this property for two weekday nights in mid-July. Upon arrival there were few cars in the parking lot, but the lobby was jammed as there was an ongoing women's conference going on. We determined later that few of the attendees were actually staying at the hotel. I should note that we are Hilton Honors members and have been members for a number of years. Our reservation was made 30 days in advance. Our standing requests are for a room on the top or an upper floor away from the elevators, additionally when possible we request a non-pet room with extra towels. When checking in we were assigned a room on the second floor. I questioned this, and as has happened in the past at this property any request for a change was denied. The lady checking us in did not say the hotel was full or offer any type of reason when I advised I was an Honors member. She simply said sorry, that was our room. So it appears once a room is assigned the hotel personnel are powerless to make changes. Our room was comfortable and clean and appeared to have been renovated fairly recently. The bathroom amenities/products are high quality. When checking out I mentioned my Honors Club membership, the request for a room on a high floor and the inability of this property to fulfill requests. The polite employee stated she would note our account so this request would be fulfilled in the future. Well, this same promise was made when checking out of this hotel in the past, on at least two separate occasions. This should be a four star rating, but the lack of attention given to Hilton Honors Club members makes me question why the club exists and that this hotel absolutely does not truly welcome Hilton Honors Club members, which is a corporate program.
