I have been a customer of California taco shop for 2 years and have been going religiously every week with my wife and son.There is almost always something missing or wrong with an order and I normaly let it slide, however I’m sick and tired of it. I placed an online order today and I went and picked up my order. Got home, and not to my surprise 2 tacos were missing! So I called them and they said they couldn’t get me a refund and made me drive to go pick them up. I’ve never heard of a company not being able to give a refund.I will now find another Mexican restaurant that can at least do the bare minimum which this shop is not doing. Not even an apology was given. You lost a good customer.Buyers beware and look elsewhere for good Mexican cuisine and service.

I’ve been here four times and it’s gotten worse after each successive order. Whoever’s managing this location clearly doesn’t have their heart in it whatsoever.

I called and order for myself and my coworkers, the order was not taken down correctly. I was missing food and one of the tacos we ordered was cold. The orchata was not good at all. I waited and wasted my break time just to not eat and be hungry. The restaurant worker needs to do better when taking phone orders. This is not okay and the wait time was more than what I was told. NEVER AGAIN!
