Amanda's Place - Paw Paw

This quaint little restaurant located in Paw Paw West Virginia is a dining treasure for the area. The restaurant is located a short distance from the C&O canal . There is a map in the restaurant where you can place a pin where you are from. The community is very small and needless to say there aren't many options for eating out. Amanda's place has a nice size menu with a variety of Sandwich options, sides, entrees, and breakfast items. Everyone in our large party today was greeted by an extremely friendly waitress who treated us like old friends. The food was hot and good. A group ordered a bacon cheeseburger, chicken wrap, pancakes, chicken fingers, and a hot open-faced roast beef sandwich. If you are ever in the area I would highly recommend stopping in for a diner type meal.

Just had a wonderful dinner on our way home from Winchester. So glad we found Amanda’s Place!!!

What a wonderful experience. Amanda was chief cook and bottle washer. My wife had the Cheese Steak and Fries. She said it was very good. I had the Hot Roast Beef, Mashed Potatoes and Corn. You could cut the Roast Beef with a fork. My meal was very tasty. We will definitely be back.

Very quaint, local diner. Great breakfast for a good price. Staff and patrons were super friendly.

Tonight was my 2nd trip to Amanda's Place for cheese n steak and chicken subs... deeeeelicious! just as good if not better than the first time.thanks for making a tasty dinner for us.and loved the onion rings.Amanda's number is going on speed dial thanks for making dinner for us :
