Panera Bread - Patchogue

I visit this restaurant once a month with my daughter. Unfortunately, the last two visits have been disappointing due to the presence of gnats and flies. Last week, when I brought my parents, we were constantly bothered by a fly landing on our table. I tried to overlook the issue the previous month, but to experience it again was unacceptable. Our bill for four people was $70, and in my opinion, a $70 meal should not include unwelcome insect table guests.

I recently received a DoorDash delivery from Panera Bread and was disappointed to find that the salad box was only half full and missing ingredients. This has been happening more frequently lately, and it is frustrating to see prices rise while portion sizes decrease and ingredients are omitted from orders.

The restaurant does not prioritize the safety of customers' food when it comes to delivery services. My bag was tampered with and my chips were stolen - the tape used to seal the bag was so flimsy that it was easily ripped off. The bread in my steak sandwich looked like it had been torn apart, with only a small slice of meat in it. It seemed like my delivery person was hungry, or the restaurant is careless when it comes to packing orders for delivery.

Dirtiest panera I?ve been to literally not a single clean table to eat at. They also have the worst fly infestation like are you fr.

Always good. The only thing this time was the person did put my order correctly but over all always a good experience. I love the wall on the pic.
