Beach House - Patchogue

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The only positive aspect was its quaint waterfront location with boat access. It had a casual and relaxing atmosphere, making it a beautiful place to enjoy a meal.

The service was excellent! Vicky was very kind. I appreciated the option to dine outside with a view of the marina. The location is stunning right by the yacht harbor.

We discovered another restaurant that is accessible by boat, located on the south side. We came across this place while cruising on Swan.
