Mcphee's Canteen - Paso Robles

The Kobe beef patty melt was juicy and flavorful, just as it sounds. My wife tried the fish tacos and said they were the best she's ever had. The restaurant offers a vibrant atmosphere with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It's a must-visit spot for lunch in Paso Robles, and I will definitely be returning.

The restaurant offers excellent food and service. It is an overall great dining experience. The outdoor terrace is enjoyable, with unique rock features.

The restaurant is spacious with an open kitchen, indoor seating, and a large outdoor terrace with a beautiful rock waterfall. The menu offers wood-fired pizza, Snake River Farms American Kobe burger, salads, sandwiches, fish and chips, among other options. We decided to try the meat pizza with house tomato sauce, n'duja meat spread, Calabrese salami, Italian sausage, and a four cheese blend. When our pizza was ready, my partner picked it up and we dug in. I had never tried n'duja before, but it was a delicious spicy pork sausage spread with Calabrian chili paprika that added a unique and tasty flavor to the pizza. Usually, I like to add crushed red pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese to my pizza, but it wasn't necessary with this one. We enjoyed our meal on the large outdoor terrace, with the soothing sound of the waterfall in the background. It was a great start to our visit in Tin City!

Delicious! Fast! Best, best Kobe beef burger and fish and chips. Get the onion rings with sun dried tomatoes dip! Doing it right!!!!

Had tritip blue cheese salad wedge. For a region that prides itself on tritip, it was mostly fat and gristle. Disappointing. Also cold in restaurant. Had to wear coat.
