Kopan Ramen Of Pasadena

I was a bit disappointed during my visit. I stopped by for lunch, only to find that they had run out of most of their sushi. They also ran out of all the beers available. I try not to criticize restaurants for limited service, especially given the current challenges they face in hiring staff, but there was only one server and one chef, which made the experience slow. The food was decent, but nothing to write home about. Overall, I would rate the food a 3 out of 5.

We visited during dinner time after the Pride event at Pasadena City Hall and the matinee performance of Bernadette Peters at the Pasadena Civic. Upon arrival, we found that the sushi bar was closed and only two employees were working: a versatile waitress who also acted as hostess and busser, and one cook who also handled dishwashing and prep work. Unfortunately, the situation didn't improve from there. Due to limited staffing and supplies, they could only serve a small portion of their menu. I ordered the pork ramen, but it tasted old, overcooked, and excessively salty. Some attendees from the Pride event came in hoping to enjoy some Japanese beer, only to find they were out of stock and ended up ordering Corona instead. I felt for the remaining staff members and left a generous tip, but it was evident that this establishment is on the verge of shutting down. I would recommend avoiding it for now.

I will never return to this restaurant. We simply asked a straightforward question, and the manager started following us around. We wanted to know if our friend could dine here since he doesn’t like ramen. Instead of answering us, she launched into a tirade, calling us various names and even referring to us as immigrants. Honestly, she should take a good look at herself before making such comments. The atmosphere here feels very discriminatory.

Never coming back here again.We literally asked a simple question and the manager just started following us.The question we ask is if our friend can eat here because he does not like Ramen. she just started going off she called us multiple names and she called us immigrants like girl look at your color and look at yourselfI would say, it 's very races hereLet me just say if you 're the owner, you will never treat your customers like that and what this manager showed us is she does not know how to control her emotions and I 'm just gonna say that she could 've treated us a little bit with more respect because what this Experience was is nasty first time, and I will never go back again when she told us that our friend can 't eat here, we proceeded to start leaving the store and she yelled what you 're not gonna leave a tip hoe why would we leave a tip when we didn 't order anything and why did you proceeded to follow us when we started minding our own business?

Don't come here. Worst places to eat and the manager super rude she was acting like hoe .
